Manish is the co-owner of BCC Music Factory and the owner of the newly launched OZ 360 Music label. He is also the founder of the Sundowner Music Festival and MIC (Music in the City), as well as the owner of Occasionz 360, a celebrity management company.

Additionally, he managed the now-closed Legends Club Dubai and currently handles the management of Jasmine Sandlas.
